In 2000, BRENT OIL CORPORATION was formed to manage and operate the Mega Gas Station - Petron Express Center 2 (PEC 2) located along the southbound lane of the NLEX including its core fuel business (i.e., automotive fuels, lubricants & car care center) and non-fuel businesses.
The integration of quick-serve restaurants in the operation of PEC 2 paved the way to the inception of Brenton Foods Corporation (BFC) in 2004, established to manage and operate BFC’s franchised-stores.
In April 2012, the Brent Group acquired Junction Jr. Corporation and as the majority stockholder, Brent Oil Corporation took over the management and operation of the Petron Service Station located at the corner of Tomas Morato & Timog in Quezon City.
Last October 2012, two (2) more Petron service stations under Brent Oil Corporation were opened in Paso de Blas, Valenzuela City and in Naga Road, Las Pinas City with the latter service station being complemented by four (4) food / drink outlets.
